MISSION STATEMENT Walridge Motors Limited is a mail order business selling replacement parts for antique and classic British Motorcycles to customers who can provide part numbers from either a factory parts manual or the Walridge Motors Catalogue, for the parts they are looking for. INTRODUCTION Thank you for your interest in Walridge Motors Limited. We have been in business for almost 20 years and are now one of the leading retailers of British parts in North America. Our commitment is to try to make the widest possible range of parts available. We carry over 20,000 part numbers on our shelves. Only the 3,000 or so most commonly ordered parts are listed in this catalogue. If you provide us with original factory part numbers (illustrated parts books for most of the common bikes are listed in the following pages) my staff will be pleased to advise you of prices and availability. We receive parts shipments from England by air freight every month. In addition to parts for regular restocking purposes we also bring in numerous specially ordered parts for customers. My staff are trained to deal with part numbers and have access to a large number of wholesalers’ and manufacturers’ inventories. All you, the customers, have to do is give them part numbers. We regret that for liability reasons, we don’t look up numbers or give technical restoration advice. For the latter you are best to join an owners’ club or access one of the internet discussion groups. If you have technical questions relating to specific parts you want to buy they are best addressed directly to me by e-mail, or fax and I will do all I can to help you. In addition to the parts we receive from England, we also carry many parts made in India and the Orient. Some of these are very good quality and some are functional parts of lower quality and priced accordingly. If you have technical questions relating to parts you want you will get the fastest service by directing them to Mike by fax or e-mail. As stated above, for liability reasons the staff don’t look up numbers or give advice. They write the questions down and pass them forward. We have several people working here and if you e-mail your order and then also fax it,
you will probably receive it twice.
We are a mail order business and don’t offer counter service. Orders which have been placed in advance can be picked up at our location but if technical advice is required a mutually convenient time for an appointment must be arranged.
