Whenever possible we have used original manufacturers’ part numbers. We have used AMAL and LUCAS numbers for their parts and these are usually found in the BSA/Norton/Triumph etc. parts books, in addition to the manufacturers’ own numbers for the same parts. The only exceptions to this are complete carbs, control cables, wheel rims, spoke sets and wiring harnesses. For these parts you are better to use the numbers listed for your particular bike in our catalogue.
Our pricing is in Canadian dollars. Our online store offers US customers the convenience of shopping in US Dollars. The currency conversion rate is updated constantly and the rate charged will be the rate in effect at the time of checkout.
Our online store displays in-stock status. If an item is out of stock, you will see a button to “Request availability to backorder”. Multiple items can be put on the form before submitting it (but please come back when you are done shopping to fill in your information and click “Submit”!) We try hard to fill your order; if our normal supplier can’t ship we will try other suppliers. We will send you an e-mail letting you know what we found and the anticipated delivery date. You can then give us the go-ahead to place the item on backorder for you.
We receive weekly parts shipments from North American wholesalers and monthly shipments from England. If an item has been on back order for more than 6 months it will be cancelled and you will be advised. We can, if you wish, arrange to advise you when any particular item is back in stock.
Online checkout is by Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and, for Canadian customers only, Interac e-transfer and COD. US customers, please choose the option of shopping in US dollars to avoid currency conversion fees.
